I cannot say enough about Neal and his incredibly meticulous work as a lawyer. Though his realm of expertise is diverse (man has he done a lot of cool work as a lawyer), he has always functioned as my real estate lawyer. I have worked with Neal many times. He was recommended to me when I closed on my condo in 2013. It was the first time I had purchased a home and he guided me tremendously during that time and made me feel at ease always. In 2018, my husband and I worked with Neal numerous times. We had been under contract on two homes that fell through (no fault of Neal's). He helped me sell my home and close on a third home which was a foreclosure dealing with the worst kind of bank as a Seller. It was a brutal process, but Neal kept us on top of everything and guided us while fighting for our cause as much as anyone could. He is the most thorough lawyer you could ask for, incredibly good at communicating, has a broad realm of experience and is a pleasure to speak with. In addition, he is fair with pricing, generous with his time (not counting every minute on the phone with you) and takes tremendous pride in serving you satisfactorily. I would actually say he has been a great friend to us after this hellacious year of fighting to find our new home. I highly, highly recommend him and think he is a tremendous asset as anyone's lawyer.

He seemed more concerned about maximizing his hours and dragging things out than resolving anything.
