Lipstick on a pig - The facade of this place looks like you're going to get the best for your money, but truthfully, the construction of this place is not representative of "Luxury" ....from lower quality cabinetry to even simple things such as leveled flooring; for the amount of money you're being asked to shell out, you'd have expected much better - honestly, save your money and if you don't mind the traffic, spend your 'luxury' money in Edgewater. I will much say though, the building is not has raucous as the other new developments around here, and being next to the park makes it peaceful, but aside from that... meh

Building management is the worst. I use outdoor parking. Someone parks in my space periodically, but I'm not always provided with proper coping mechanisms. I sometimes complain about illegal parking vehicles, but administrators do nothing. Please make countermeasures. There are demerit points, warning signs, powerful stickers, etc. This building has a lot of floor noise. Upstairs, people suffer from noise damage every day. You can feel the person up there walking around well. Also, downstairs, they complain that my house is noisy. This building would have been built with cheap materials from the third to the sixth floors. Please mediate the noise between the floors.

I've been living at this beautiful apartment for about 7 months, and my experience from the day that I walked in to now has been nothing short of amazing. Ivy and Green is a stunning, luxurious and modern property in a developing neighborhood with aspiring young thriving professionals like myself. I enjoy the amenities, the overall aesthetics and look of the building, and the staff and management team that goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that all tenants are satisfied, safe and comfortable. I feel right at home.

I have been living at Ivy and Green for 7 months or so now and I have not had any issues! I appreciate Jonathan he has such great people skills, great professionalism and i I appreciate both him and Erica for working with me! I appreciate the cleanliness of the building the beautiful esthetics The Concierge are great professional at all times and helpful especially Goerge he is the kindest person and I'm grateful for this place. It's a great place for both my service dog and this vet to live. I feel safe here! Thank you for the opportunity to live in such a beautiful place.

Baby Baby Baby. This high end luxury beauty is mouth dropping! I was doing a delivery to a client and could not believed the amenities this bad boy comes with. On top of that, I met the most professional, kind, energetic, manger name Jonathan. He took the time out to share some great information about these lovely units. (He was off the clock no commission involved) He will be a big reason we consider living at his properties. They are lucky to have such a blessing like him.
