Linden House Apartments

This place is not good. Once my lease is up I'm taking my family out of this place. Nice they did construction and updated the hallways and lobby but you will randomly see a big roach in the hallway and laundry room. And not to mention inside your apartment unit once and while. They raise the rent but can't keep roaches out. They dont clean. The hallway has the same dam roach under the stairs for about 6 months now and a fly died on the hallway windowsill and it stayed there for a month. The laundry room floor is always wet. And don't have anything delivered to this building people steal your packages. Stay away.

Worst place to live, yes please stay away this building have lack of management, no repair are done in time, I did have to move early and I don't regret, be aware they will charge you for everything and make fraudulent charges in order to not return your rent deposits!!! also lots of fees for everything, the rail train past to close of the building you will feel the floors and walls shaking, train blow horn very loud during late nights and you will have problem to sleep or watch TV. You also will hear your neighbors conversations, steps, and there music through the walls. There are no pets control for insects; you will find inside the apartments centipede and cockroaches. During the summer central A/C is no efficient and you will not control HEAT, AC always have some damages, plus water leaks, flooding floors, etc, Maintenance turn ON the A/C late in summer, so be prepared to have bad nights with no A/C. Carpet in the lobby and hallway smell horrible they only washed one time per year and there is a lot of MOLD all over the building including inside the apartments. You can get sick a lot in here. Snow removal are slow and if you park inside the parking lot you will be stuck. Do you self a favor stay away and look some place else, you deserve better!!!
