I am a small business owner of a roofing company that needed workman's comp and gave a deposit to the owner, Brian Durkin and 6 months after they accepted my deposit he said I still owed an extra $3,000 on top of the $6,000 I already paid. After I found the error he made with my workman's Comp agency and brought it to his attention, Brian said, Its not my problem and you have to pay it. As a small business owner myself, if I made a $3,000 mistake on a job, I wouldnt tell and curse out my customer and treat them with horrible disrespect that I received on the phone with him. Im totally dissatisfied of how they are only interested in their commission and not the customer.
