        Elise Higgins did an OUTSTANDING job helping me and my mother with her accounts at Blue Foundry Bank. She was very informed about bank procedure and documentation, and was extremely courteous. Elise is the most informed officer I have dealt with at the bank.

        Tellers are knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. Since banks went paperless, and this is all banks, theres no privacy from other customers as to what your transactions are. For example, withdrawing a large amount of money. I also think you should have a staff member available to open accounts, not the tellers, again a privacy issue. Have been banking at the Glen Rock branch for a few months and am satisfied except for the lack of privacy.
