        We've used Jem's Travel Destinations to book two overseas trips so far. Jenni has been wonderful to work with--knowledgeable, patient and able to find packages at a rate we can afford. Twice, when we were unable to find reasonable airfare and hotel costs in Europe, she was able to come back with a dream trip at a price we could meet. Most recently, when British Airways reneged on a vacation package, Jenni was able to salvage our trip and find an even better price. We highly recommend her services. In an age of internet, impersonal travel algorithms and airlines squeezing all the joy out of travel, Jenni is one of a kind.
