This place is absolutely outrageous. I will never order from this place again. I placed an order of funnel cake fries around 3am yesterday. After I picked up the food, it seemed decent at first. Once I had eaten most of the funnel cake fries and the platter was empty, I picked up another fry, bit into it, and found a piece of hair wrapped around it. I threw up immediately! By the time I went back to the restaurant they were closed. Their hours are 9pm- 4:30am. I decided to go back the next night when they were open, I explained to the owners what had happened and they denied a refund or any kind of compensation. Instead they told me I shouldve came back so I could swap it and I cant do anything about it. As I mentioned before they closed at 4:30am! They then decided to blame me, claiming that they stayed open later that night because they were cleaning. On the website it says 9pm to 4:30am. This isnt my fault. I know for a fact an ate hair and thats what made me sick!!!!

First of all there customer service is horrible if i could leave a 0 star i would i just ordered ask for fat sandwich with no cheddar and no mozzarella on it and she asked what fat sandwich, i said fat sandwich with ONLY steak, chicken tenders, and fries with mayo please and funnel cake fries please! I picked up my order drove all the way home which i live in Mayslanding and look at the sandwich and theres cheese on it!! I called them and she said you didnt say no cheese and i said well i said just steak chicken fries and mayo thats it please yea you didnt say no cheese and kept arguing with me. Im allergic to cheese so why wouldnt i say no cheese but ok! Ended up not getting refund, no sandwich, no nothing worst experience i ever had! Definitely wont be order or getting anything from them again bunch rip offs and lazy workers Also way overpriced!
