        Over 15 years doing business with this company and this year has been an absolute meltdown in service and communication. Hopefully the owner will reach out if he/she cares to know why a long time, quick to pay customer is likely leaving. Hopefully you'll nip this in the bud before your employee scares off more business. There is too much competition in the area to be this dismissive. 5 stars for reliability of the work and the technicians (UPDATE: many zones with heads that just blast into the ground, are seated at an extreme angle, or have rotors that don't rotate. 3 stars for quality of work). 1 star for poor planning and terrible customer service.
