Quality Home Improvement of Garwood made my small split level kitchen dream come true. I was told by several kitchen designer stores that my kitchen could only be exactly the way it was. Dennis and Joe were amazing. They made my kitchen which is the same size look twice the size giving me so much more room for storage and working its amazing. They did a beautiful job . I feel like I'm in a different house!I I highly recommend them!

Ive purchased a bay window from Joe Gordo several years back. He is a very good guy and always treated me well. However he has not come through with an issue that I have brought to his attention for the past 9 months. One of the windows I have has stains/blotches from a bad seal that he assured me would be replaced many months ago. He has repeatedly pushed this out and promised me he would take care of it month after month after month. He told me anothe guy would call me and handle it and after repeated attempts to reach both Joe and Dave. I recieve no callbacks and no resolution. Ive heard Im on vacation its the holidays and numerous other excuses including I need to measure the window. No call backs or responses to my texts. I considered Joe a good friend and have recommended him to others. I hated having to submit this compliant but my patience has run out and now something needs to be done.
