I just want to give a shout out to Chris, the building super. He is phenomenal and always takes care of things very quickly.....even after hours, like this past Friday. I've lived in apartments for 30 years and have never had someone so willing to go above and beyond. Thank you, Chris!!!

I have been living at River Edge for about 3 years now. Mike and Chris do their absolute best at answering inquiries whether it be for maintenance or even just keeping the property beautiful like it has always been. The response time is great (same day or within 24hours) and they make sure all tenants are well taken care of. I wouldn't want to have it any other way. I'm grateful and so is my family.

Horrible Management, Stay away you will regret your stay.
Mike(Manager), is a child that doesn't care about any of the tenants. Requests take months to get it done.
Management under Mike Van Cleef shouldn't operate this properties, horrible service! GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN...

I am not yet a resident but have been trying to contact someone for a tour of this property.
No one has returned any of my calls and no one answers the phones. If could have someone from the residence respond to this review it would be greatly appreciated.
