Room was missing a chair for the desk/table to sit at do work at. Hallways need some TLC: carpets have stains and bleach spots, holes walls from carts/luggage scrapes. absolutely DISGUSTING. you get what you pay for. the room had hair and bugs. the tub was filthy but it didnt work at all so that makes sense. no water came out. the pool is BROWN. no other color to call it. it was so so cold. the whirlpool they called a kiddie pool. so it can also be brown and ice cold. the manager told me to pound sand. rudely. i left and i have never done that in my entire life.

False advertising. Stated hot breakfast included. Got there and it said bag breakfast due to COVID and they didnt even have those in the am. The pool was ice cold and the jacuzzi was also very cold. The room had spackle all over the walls and the hallway carpet had multiple stains. The beds were comfortable but definitely only a one star type of place. The website is deceiving

Worst experience in this hotel Had booked by assuming the hotel chain's name is popular and reputed. The first impression is last impressions At the time of registration, I saw a note on the breakfast area saying that due to covid, it's closed. Are u serious. The pool and gym are open, but only the breakfast area is a danger zone? Next, they said breakfast will b provided in grab box. See the photo. Do u call it breakfast? A cold, old packed bagel and muffin . No fresh coffee or tea or milk or cereal. I have a toddler with me, and they can't provide milk as well . This is unacceptable . And if u ask something to staff , they are rude. Their response is like take it or leave it. Tv remote was not working. the front desk guy came and said he couldn't do anything about it. I am really disappointed by this type of service by this hotel. I still have to explore the pool, which my another kid was very excited about. I have full doubts about it as well. This is not worth whatever I have paid for a night assuming it is near Atlantic city and will make my stay memorable. It feels like hotel for homeless people. I hope someone from higher authority in company take this into consideration and I demand full refund. I hope there is someone who will take action on this Food & drinks: Misleading information on website saying breakfast included and what you get is a bag of breakfast to grab and eat in your room. A bagle muffin and peanut butter chewy. No coffee no tea no milk no cereal.
