We were told by the University of Pennsylvania transplant team, to log my husbands weight (my husband has a living donor). When I call to find out his weight, I get hung up on, or they don't answer the phone.
My husband was drivin to his appointments by invalid coach, several times. When his transportation team arrived late, a (female) nurse was rude to him. She was "rolling her eyes, and sucking her teeth". When we called to voice a concern, about that behavior, we were told that nurse isn't from the United States. (?). I don't know how that justifies being mean to a patient.
