KBC Drain Cleaning and Maintenance

I had a flooded basement, and the problem was fixed right away with no issues, worker was very professional and the price was fair. I will be using this company for all my maintenance issues from now on. Thank you

After not receiving a return call back from others, KBC answered, on a Saturday, and I was able to make an appt for Monday morning (as I was unavailable the rest of the weekend). He texted me, 15 minutes before arrival time letting me know he was running approximately 45 minutes behind schedule as the current job was taking a littler longer than expected. He even texted me letting me know he would arrive in 7 minutes when he was enroute. I was very impressed with the level of communication. The sink was not draining, he snaked it and cleared the clog. Kyle was professional, answered all my questions, and even instructed me on maintenance to prevent clogs in the future. The job was appropriately priced as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will definitely call in the future if needed. FYI.he arrived in a car, which was a little suspect, as most have a work truck, which he does have and uses for larger jobs, so PLEASE do not let this deter you from using his services.

We had a pipe in need of repair. Called Kbg plumbing who responded immediately. They fixed the pipe in no time. Kyle and Matt were excellent. The price was extremely reasonable . Will be using them again i HIGHLY recommend them !! B passarelli

I had a pipe break and water was everywhere called several companies who couldn't make it right out, fortunately Kyle came out within a hour, he had all the supplies handy and had it fixed up in no time, prob saved my hardwood floors from damage. If I need anything in the future I know who I'm gonna call.

I did a quick Google search for a late night emergency plumber i called Kyle he came right out fixed my main sewer line. He is very knowledgeable and professional! We chatted for a bit and decided to install a garbage disposal. He came out the next day got it installed very quickly. Definitely would recommend.
