Nancy Mullens in this office recently helped my husband and I buy our first home. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Nancy went above and beyond for us in ways I never imagined. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home and helped us figure that out as well (we weren't really sure when we started the search). She gave us honest advice about the homes we looked at and drew our attention to the pros and cons of all of the homes. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Nancy and turned to her for regular advice and sought her opinions as we looked at homes. When we found the right home, she guided us through the entire home buying process with patience and diligence. She was incredibly responsive to our frequent questions and even proactively called us or texted us with tips she thought of along the way. And she was an incredible advocate for us in the buying process, corresponding with the seller's agent on a regular basis to follow-up on issues when they were not responding and helping us negotiate with them.
