I cant say enough how pleased I am with my first visit and treatment with Dr. Goldstein. I had hair prp treatment with 2 prior doctors but unfortunately the pain I experienced with both doctors was unbearable. I seeked a 3rd doctor with hopes that the technique used wouldnt be so painful. Thrilled to say I found my doctor!!! The procedure was quick and though still felt some discomfort, it was nothing like my prior experience. Kudos to his assistant as well who helped during the procedure. Once done, I immediately scheduled my next treatment and excited to be able to continue having great results with hair prp.

my hair has been doing much better since starting prp treatments, it is fuller, healthier and I see new hairs growing ! the staff is very welcoming and caring.

During my first visit, I noticed that the nurse was wearing a white lab coat with a "Grey's Anatomy" label stitched onto the side. I wanted to give Dr. Goldstein the benefit of the doubt. I should have known better. At the end of the day, PRP didn't work for me. And that's not Dr. Goldstein's fault. In fact, I had no intention of writing a review until my final visit. At said visit, the doctor couldn't find my "before" photo (aka the photo from my very first visit with him). I sat there for 20 minutes while he looked through his tablet for said photos. They were gone. He apologized but I feel like this unacceptable given the amount I paid him over the course of the previous 5 months. From what I've gathered, PRP doesn't work on receding hairlines. Sure, PRP doctors will tell you that "every case is different" but it seems to work on rapidly thinning hair, especially in women. If there's no hair there, it's not going to grow back. PRP will only thicken what is already there. If you're like me (a 30 something dude with a receding hair line and a ton of anxiety about it), save your money and put it towards a hair graph instead. 3 stars because in spite of my frustration, I feel like Dr. Goldstein has the best of intentions. ***EDIT: I dropped my review down to 2 stars because Dr. Goldstein responded to my comment and called me Bob (when my name is clearly Will Ball). Perhaps this is why he couldn't find my photos? I just hope he was injecting the right person's plasma into my scalp...***
