We came to Cookie Cutter for my son's first haircut and couldn't have had a better experience. Stacy was awesome and patient with our son. We loved the way the haircut came out and it was neat to get a certificate and strand of hair from the first cut. He loved that he could watch his favorite show while getting a haircut. Clean place as well. Would definitely recommend

We were less than 10 mins late and were refused. Ridiculous always trying rush to their appointments with young kids isn't easy they should accommodate a little especially with regular customers. Haircut is overpriced to begin with for kids but I still liked taking my kids there but their time policy is frustrating I could understand if someone is very very late you can't accommodate there were empty seats and they could have cut my son's hair but refused to. Not going here anymore and I don't rwccomend anyone else does either very frustrating and a waste of my time.
