I used this tailor for the first time to alter a gown for a wedding. It was the worst experience I have ever had. He shortened the dress and let out 2 darts on my gown. When I went to Pick it up the dress had pen marks on the front of it which he said he had no idea how that happened he said he didnt have a picture of it when I brought it in so he didnt know. He didnt address the issue I had with the bunching in the back and the hem was longer in the front than the back. Needless to say I had to go to another tailor/cleaner to correct what he did. Very disappointed with the service after paying them $110.00 for a terrible job. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Weve been using Olympic Taylor Shop for decades, always having wonderful results when dresses, gowns, suits, etc. have been altered. Most recently I went in with my granddaughter to have her prom gown fitted. Chris redesigned the whole back of the gown using a very creative approach (hes truly a master taylor) and he did it in less than one day working with a very tight schedule. Thank you, Chris, on going beyond what might be expected of anyone. The gown will be swaying all night as a very happy girl attends her prom tonight. Ive attached a picture of her in the bridesmaids dress you altered last year.

Ski coat zipper repair was done well. Unfortunately, we had a trip which needed to be postponed as they were closed the day we went to pick it up; we explicitly asked if they were open that day. When mentioned, he rudely and unapologetically said 'Sorry, I don't remember when I tell folks I'll be open'. Nice work, horrible attitude.
