NOT THE LAWYER FOR THIS HOUSING MARKET! This housing market is already difficult Erik will charge you 500$ per contract cancellation. On top of inspection and tank sweep fees youll be paying an additional 500$ per contract that he cancels. As you know in this market you may go through several contract cancellations before you purchase a house. Be prepared to spend an additional 500$ on lawyer fees because a house is a state of disrepair. Beyond disappointed with the service that I received! I have purchased two other homes and never have I been charged per contract! There is usually one lawyer fee after you find a home and purchase it. I dont think hes a bad lawyer the fees are just not in my budget beware before you sign a retention agreement!

I was lucky enough to be referred to Erik Mueller by my real estate agent when I was in need of an attorney for the house we were buying and the one I was selling.
