Edible Arrangements

Absolutely horrendous this was sent as a gift from our family after my husband's heart procedure. I did not have the heart to tell my children how bad the fruit was. Hopefully you will see this before you order from them. I called and I was told would be contacted on Monday It was too late in the day on Friday. I had to actually ask for an email so I could upload pictures to show them how bad the quality was

Most unprofessional experience! Placed an order to have a bouquet delivered. They decided to have item delivered through door dash (Who did not deliver item). I asked for a refund the next day (supposedly they submitted the refund) I waited for two days for my refund which never came. Contacted the owner who said was going to look into the matter and resolve my issue and contact me within the hour. Instead of being professional and doing so, they decided to block my phone number! Therefore I called headquarters who then proceeded on giving me my refund instantly

I have received Edible Arrangements and have been so pleased with them, I now send them to others celebrating different occasions. You can't go wrong with any choice.
