Fantastic crew, especially the young cashier girl, I only go to this Taco Bell from now on. They are very friendly, fast, and always get your oRDER RIGHT! Love this location! The one in Vernon is 1 star.

Very good Mexican fast food. Good price for a decent amount of food. The store front that I went to is always out of something. This time it was large cups. Other times it was the correct container for the food. It is a little frustrating.

Ive never felt the need to leave a review on ANY fast food chain before. Just tried to order food from the drive through with my husband and had a lil incident. The woman on the intercom was incredibly aggressive and rude upon pulling up. We had drove 25 minutes out to this location cause we had a craving for TB. Employee: hi, what can I get you (with a slightly noticeable attitude) my husband: hi maam! How are you doing? (Upbeat and polite- he always is to a fault) *5 seconds of silence* Employee: *sighs hard* Im fine, what do you want?!?! (clearly extraordinarily irritated) Um, can we just get two of the value beef burritos without sour cream. Employee: Ok. Husband: then can we get another two (for me) with sour- Employee: I GOT IT! (Cut him off, yelling at at him). I lean over and said- maam these are *not* the first ones were just trying to add an additional two on our order.. silence .but its alright, if you dont want to take our order we can go elsewhere. Employee: great we were confused and dumbfounded upon pulling away. Never had such an abrupt/rude interaction like this with any kind of food service employee (not even as a server for 8 years).

If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Every single time I stop by for food its messed up and half the time you go in to fix it the employees love to argue with you instead of taking responsibility. It seems to be that not a single employee or even manager can read above a 2nd grade level. I specifically order through the app so there is no miscommunication and without fail every time atleast 1-2 items are always wrong. Stay far far away from this Taco Bell. Just go to McDonalds thats across the street. This store needs to fire every employee and start new.
