The Provident Bank Franklin Branch is the BEST! It's like stepping back in time - to the old fashion customer service! I cannot say enough about this branch. Michele, Nicole, Bryan - and ALL the others are top notch. Even customer service at the 800 number cannot compare to the local branch employees! I am a lifetime customer as long as they keep their amazing ways up in Franklin!
