Same like all other reviews, $27 for silver. I asked the guy there if they clean outside and inside, he said yes. Then the car comes out dirty and they say oh silver doesnt clean floor Matts or seats. The menu is decieving and doesnt clarify what is included/excluded. If you ask none of them speak English and say yes to everything. Over priced! Dont go there.

37 dollars later for platinium car wash and my car is still dirty, not vacuumed properly and with sticky stains from my coffee. The mats were included in the price but were not washed properly. Still dirty when I left the place. Never again will I go back to this place.

I paid for the gold wash and my car is still filthy. I watched the workers take a bag of mints that I specifically moved to the side door compartment so that they could clean out my cupholders and saw them take the bag of mints and position them IN the cupholder to try and hide it. They didnt even attempt to wipe it or vacuum the crumbs, what exactly am I paying you for? The manager owes me an explanation or my hard-earned money back for that lazy pathetic cleaning job I received at your establishment. I wont be back and Ill be sure to let everyone know not to come here. The reviews on here speak for themselves already!

First of all the actual car wash was nothing I was impressed with, had better for less. I paid $27 for their silver package and my all rubber mats were not cleaned. I questioned and I was told that mats are not included in their silver package, I would have had to select their platinum package for $37 to get ONLY 2 rubber mats cleaned. I asked how much to get 4 rubber mats cleaned? I was advised that each additional rubber mat would have been $1.50 each. So I am not entirely sure why to clean an entire compact SUV with rubber mats would cost almost $40, for an actual 10 minute service. I wish I could charge even $25 for 15 minutes of my time. But I guess when you are one of the few car washes in the area they feel justified charging these rates. You must try Wyckoff car wash, WAY better service for less.
