Colonial Pointe

This is the place to live. The facility is beautiful, clean and quiet. I have lived here almost three years and have been very happy. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Residents are kind and helpful. I am so grateful that I am living here.

The landlord and its agents engage in predatory and discriminatory housing practices against protected classes. Landlord allows facility to become dilapidated and unsafe. Not a great or safe place to live. it concentrates together welfare-dependent, single-parent families, whose fatherless children disproportionately turn out to be school dropouts, drug users, non-workers, and criminals. No speak English.

Colonial Pointe is outstanding. I have been here for several months and it has surpassed every expectation. The property manager, Cathleen Foster, is the best property manager I have ever met. She is responsive, organized, professional and runs a tight ship. The facility is always immaculate and service requests are followed up quickly. Mary and Jose, the maintenance staff, are superb. Both are thorough, friendly and work diligently to keep the facility impeccable. I am so pleased to be a resident and recommend this property wholeheartedly.
