I came to get a storage and Mark was so helpful. He knew exactly what I wanted and had a lock and my affordable insurance ready so I didnt have to waste extra time. It was speedy and he was very polite and friendly. Overall 10/10 stars customer service. Big thumbs up.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a storage unit at Public Storage in Fort Lee, NJ, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded my expectations. First off, the facility itself is top-notch. It's clean, well-maintained, and feels brand new. The ease of access in and out of the facility made my visits hassle-free, whether I was dropping off or picking up items. But what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service, particularly from Mark, who assisted me during the rental process. Mark was not only knowledgeable about the different storage options available but also incredibly patient. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, answering all of my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my decision. Thanks to Mark's guidance and the excellent facility, I'm extremely satisfied with my choice in renting storage at Public Storage.
