The Food was good, the staff was great. The theater was nice and clean! Would definitely go back, it was low key and to many people.

The theater was cold. The sodas were flat. My girlfriend's Ginger Ale tasted like ginger water. The popcorn was drenched in butter (not soggy, but I liked it). The chairs creaked when adjusting the incline. No beer on draft, no bartender either. It's a shame. IPIC has a great concept, but the pandemic and inability to make money before it probably creates experiences like this.

This was a terrible experience. I was first introduced to the iPic theatre in NYC on Fulton Street. or around there. The staff was welcoming, attentive, friendly, and the facility was super clean. The ambiance in NYC alone almost pulled you in from the street; especially on a warm summer night. However the iPic in Fort Lee, NJ was literally horrific. The bathrooms alone were gross. The seats in the theatre seats (well the one I was sitting in) was falling apart. The staff was, eh. They were congregating in the hallways more than they were servicing the customers. For the amount you pay for this theatre, I believe the basic service is supposed to be offered was at a bare minimum. My husband and I will NOT be returning to this location… because Y I K E S.

Always a great experience. We missed the blankets they gave out as the theater was cold but we understood with covid. It was an incredible experiment as always.
