Service was great; staff were welcoming and polite while food was fresh and delicious. Also enjoyed the wide selection of broths and meat.

The restaurant is inside the Cosmos building. One stair down. It is easy to find following the signs. On their website and pre-recorded phone line, they say they don't take reservations. When we got there, they asked us if we had reservations. It is a bit confusing there. There aren't too many seats for bigger parties. We had a party of 7 and had to split into 2 tables side by side. If you are not a big meat eater, the regular menu without premium meat options is good enough. Just order a plate or two premium meat if needed. We wish the dessert bar would have real desserts. They only have candies. Besides slush, no other specialty beverages such as bubble tea on their menu are available. Parking: Big parking lot but shared by many businesses during busy hours spare 10 to 15 minutes to find parking

The best hot pot Ive ever visited! The staff is so sweet and the food was so great! I had a wonderful time with my mom here and would definitely recommend for any one looking to try something new :)

This place is our goto spot for AYCE hotpot whether it be hot or cold. The atmosphere in the restaurant makes the meal enjoyable. The selection of choices are bountiful, and the quality is top notch. The meats are absolutely delicious, especially my favorite being the brisket and ribeye! The service is fantastic being both attentive and friendly, keeping the broth refilled, dishes cleared away, and checking to see if we wanted more food.
