We felt the service was very subpar and we never heard back from Mr. JReed after receiving our quotes. In deciding, we chose a competitor Audio Design company and the prices were significantly lower, we received excellent service and they actually returned our calls.

The worst. They want 90 percent of total cost, without an actual date when they will start. The project manager doesnt even bother to see the project. Any more than one star is completely fake.

They are holding our system hostage. We have crestron installed - stay away from installing home audio systems because they will become obsolete and this company will not help!!! Weve contacted multiple times!!! Come fix our problems!!!!
Actually dont come, you guys are terrible. Give me the source code so someone else can come fix the problem!!!
