This was my first time here. There's a clear entrance and an exit. They are strict about it. The market had lots of different selections. We came her for some salad ingredients. They have a variety of fruits. Some were exotic. Vegetables, herbs, and a plethora of cheese. This is a great place to start a new cooking adventure. There were also meats and everything you'll find in a grocery store.

Too many senile the slow and old geezer customers walking around the store like zombies. Constantly asking the cashiers to clarify the bill thus holding up the line with senseless dribble. The home delivery/cashier person that looks like he puts powder up his nose responded by telling the geezer to move along as they do not have time for this. Meat department is very good but goes downhill from there! You have to constantly check the expiration date in the cheese dept as they sell cheese that has expired. Fruits and vegetables are fair, lately a lot of the fruits are overpriced(ex. you can get a better deal on lemons and limes from shoprite) and somewhat spoiled. The prepared foods are ok but had numerous times where the food was spoiled or the rice dishes smelled rancid. The fish dept is good but the lady has a major attitude on certain days, it could be from customers asking silly questions or making absurd request or maybe she forgot to take her medication. Most of the cashiers are nice but they make constant errors on the prices. There was an asian cashier who would constantly price the produce incorrectly and when she was confronted she would have a major attitude.....thankfully she NO LONGER works at cafassos market

What happened to cordiality & the customers always right? Does the management have to send their employees to Trader Joes for retraining in customer support and appreciation. We all have been to TJs and they cannot do enough for their customers. This past weekend while checking out in Cafassos you can hear the tall cashier and the long hair cashier discussing how senile the slow and old geezer customers are. When asked to clarify the bill it was shouted that she does not make mistakes and they know their jobs expertly & move along as they do not have time for this. How about some respect for the senior citizens. Elders say old man Cafasso was the perfect kind hearted gentle man that would do anything for his customers. Has this way of life passed forever. How sad.
