This shop is a hit or miss. Service is not what it used to be. I paid for a repair and received my car still damaged, was told theyll give me a new estimate instead of making the correction.

What a refreshing experience dealing with the guys at H&Z absolute brilliant service and work. They made my car look like new - and treated me with respect every step of the way. As a woman going into these shops alone you always wonder if theyre going to try and take advantage of you but they explained everything to me and guided me through the entire process. Zuri the owner is a Godsend, Scottie who handled my paperwork was amazing everyone was great and they delivered my car exactly when they said they would - right before Christmas! I hope I never need to go back BUT Im writing this so all of you who do need bodywork know to come here!!!
