        Was aggressively looking at property and land in a very specific area in Forked River. I found a lot on Orlando Drive in Forked River and called their listing agent hours after it went on MLS. I left 3 messages on this Sales Representatives personal cell phone with no response. I then called the office and communicated my intention to pursue this property. I told them I got no response from their representative after numerous messages left. They stated they would get her to return my call..I looked at the MLS the next day and saw this property was pending. The lot was sold with no call back to a potential buyer. I had another experience with this agency and was totally unimpressed with their lack of professionalism.. If your looking for a professional experience.. this is not the agency..
