They dont take new patients right now. I said im sick and i just moved to forked river and i need an appt and the lady asked where i went before i moved and i told her toms river and she said ok so they cant take you? Like i was calling to get an appointment with you in forked river! im not looking for you to be my mommy donna. I can look into other places on my own, thanks!

Been seeing Dr Tavarez for 4 years. I have thought of her as thorough, professional and kind. Today I was very disappointed with her office. I didnt want to see a resident and was told I had to. Or I could go to an urgent care or call back tomorrow and see if she had time for an appointment then. But on Monday they have residents. I dont feel I should be strong armed into seeing a resident. If a patient doesnt mind it, fine. But not everyone should have to see one just because they are paid for the residents to rotate through there.

Dr. Tavarez is very kind and understanding. She is very attentive to your health and needs. I'm so glad I finally found a caring and professional doctor. Highly recommend her.
