        SoI love Jersey Mike sandwiches.. I buy it weekly for family and friends. I also love to have it on my lunch breaks. This was my first visit to this store locationand had the worst experience. I placed my order on the app and called in as well to request all meat cooked well done. I got there on time and waited for order to be ready. My order of five hot subs got dumped on the register. I stood for about 10mins unattended, while the associate at the register went about chatting carelessly while intentionally ignoring meit was the manager who asked him, where was my order? to which this associate obnoxiously responded I was not the one who made the sandwich Anyways, sup or manager (not sure) was kind enough to hand me my order. Perhaps serving a colored girl was too much for him. What a Shame!

        Order extra meat and cheeses, and it had neither. Disappointing when food prices are at an all-time high, and quality should be expected. Almost $5 dollars

      Hi Arya, Thank you for sharing this. I know I'm at the register most of the time when I am in the store. Sometimes, we don't know or realize and especially so if we are busy. We don't know most of the time on a credit card unless we watch, which is rude in my opinion. My team has extreme gratitude for the tips they earn. They work hard and it shows and tips are for above and beyond service to me, and I am proud of my team for raising the bar for service most of the time!I will share your input to let them know, customers do appreciate a thank you when they know.Best to you, Jill
