I really tried for months with this pre-school program. The teachers are nice and fair for the most part. The front office staff on the other hand, specifically the director Karen is not the best person to be looking after your children. She is completely unprofessional and it leaves you with an uneasy feeling as a parent trusting her with the welfare of your child. After putting in my 1 months notice she was so rude, nasty and so unaccomodating that I had to forgo my deposit as I didn't trust her with my son's care. Raquel is very kind and communicates well. Too bad her boss is the problem. They are actually known around town within the child care community as the place to avoid after doing more research and looking for a better program for my son. Even after not mentioning the name of the program the other schools knew who I was talking about.
