Bright Horizons at Mount Olive

Given our current circumstances, due to COVID-19, choosing a daycare to send our almost 6-month-old to was no easy feat. Back in November, I toured three local daycare facilities in Mount Olive, New Jersey, the town in which I live. The moment I stepped into the Bright Horizons facility, I knew this was a place I could trust with my unborn son at the time. It was evident that cleanliness was a top priority for the center even before the recent pandemic. To be honest, this was how I chose Bright Horizons over the other two centers I looked at in the area. During my tour, they even gave me questions I should ask other centers. I appreciated that, given this was my first time choosing a day care. When the time came to for me to go back to work, of course as a mother and a teacher myself, I was afraid of the unknown; however, thinking back to November I felt a sense of comfort knowing such a high standard was already put in place. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, the Mount Olive facility was delayed in opening due to facility maintenance issues. Director Jen was transparent and supportive during this time to ensure come September, my son would have a safe school to attend. My husband and I made the decision to send our son to the Rockaway facility while we are waiting for the Mount Olive Center to reopen. Jen made sure to personally call me to check in with updates on the centers reopening status, when she could have just easily emailed me. She truly cares for the families. I highly recommend and trust Bright Horizons.

Both of my children attended Bright Horizons at Mt Olive. They did the preschool, Pre K, and Kindergarten programs. They were more then prepared for public school when it was time to move on. I highly recommend Bright Horizons for your children, not only do you get a good education but also both children are more connected to their preschool teachers over any teacher they have ever had in their school career. My daughter is now 18 and has visited the childcare center every year on the first day of school (even when she entered college she went back to visit Ms Sara) I can not say enough about the teachers or school. They make you a part of their extended family and care so deeply for your children, and the children feel that.

My children both currently attend Bright Horizons at Mt. Olive. We moved to the area about a 1.5 years ago. Prior to BH at Mt. Olive, our son went to BH in NYC, so we already knew and loved the bright horizon curriculum, which really fosters a childs love for learning. Beyond the curriculum, we absolutely adore all the teachers and staff. They are passionate about what they do, and they support, nurture, and encourage each child. We love that our children are in a safe and caring environment that challenges their growing minds. In addition, in this crazy COVID world, they have taken every precaution to keep both teachers and children healthy and safe through their enhanced protocols while still allowing children the interaction, education, and fun that they need. I highly recommend Bright Horizons for your early childhood education and daycare needs.
