Last year I was way over weight and my whole body from my knees, hips and back to my digestive system just hurt. I was eating all the wrong foods. I started the Chirothin weight loss program in September of 2023; as of today January 19, 2024 I have lost 55 lbs. and I couldn't be more grateful to Dr Rooney and her team. The program is very easy to follow and if you have any questions or concerns Dr Rooney is right there with a text or a phone call to help. I had a great experience working with Dr. Rooney to reach my goals. I started the program last summer and had great results. At first it was difficult having to prep and weigh everything. Once I got through the first 2 weeks it felt easier. It felt like my metabolism got a jumpstart and I saw ounces dropping off of me daily. It was nice having to check in with someone daily because it made me accountable. Ive been maintaining since November and only fluctuating 2 pounds up and down since completing the Chirothin program. It is pricey but worth it and Dr. Rooney checks in with you every day. Ive tried multiple diets over the last 20 years and this one has worked the best for me. Since completion of the program, I've referred 2 friends that has started the chirothin and so far both are not only losing weight but also inches.
