The office staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean and pleasant, Malissa R was the one who assisted us and her attention to us was the best. Totally recommended

The move in process was excellent and a pleasure thanks to Liz, she is incredible. Pros- Great environment, safe and clean, central air and washer/drier, maintenance is reliable, garbage is taken care of daily, mailboxes close in proximity to apts, plenty of parking and its safe parking, the gym is nice, overall its a great setting here at Overlook and there are a plethora of stores for whatever you need all within a 10 minute radius. Cons- rent is high in my opinion for how the places are built and how thin the walls and ceilings are, I think they are built pretty cheap..footsteps and doors from upstairs are heard and are very loud but good neighbors have made it bearable. The pool area gets overrun very quickly..not very enjoyable, I live right next to it and went twice last summer..For how many apts and people living here I think there should be at least one or two other pool areas spread out on the property. Overall its been pleasurable to live at Overlook.
