I used Russo for gutter guards. The whole process was simple from scheduling an estimate through the final stage of the project. The crew was professional and left no trace. Hopefully I'll never need them again but if I do, I will definitely use them again.

If you need gutters...this is a good company. If you need anything else...NO. I had a gutter job done by this company 5 years ago and it was GREAT. So, when I had an issue with my sump discharge pipe..I called in the "experts" MISTAKE. I allowed myself to be "upsold" on connecting my downspouts to the sump discharge...and it has frankly been the biggest waste of 2700 dollars I have ever done. The thing still continues to leak, my lawn has been ripped up...TWICE...and the "solution" offered to me is a joke. One of the workers told me that they would "make it right" by discounting me for work that wasn't done, but that will never happen and I will not ask for it . Its not in the cards for my lawn to be defiled a THIRD time by this company. I am left with the same problem I had all along, only worse, and 2700 dollars poorer for it. No think you.
