I cant recommend highly enough! This is the second time Frank has come to my home for a repair (totally different in nature) and all of our concerns were taken care of before he left. Couldnt be nicer or more honest and committed to fixing the problem, 10/10!

Ive been a customer of A1 for several years. From plumbing needs to installing a new ac unit to talking to the owner Frank last year on Christmas Eve when my furnace blew a fuse. The company always goes above and beyond. But this review is for his employee Brian. Yesterday, Brian came to my house for another issue with the furnace. Within minutes he had diagnosed the issue and went over the best solution for an 18 year old furnace. Upon his knowledge, I decided on a new unit to be installed, shocked, he told me he would install it yesterday. The kid worked for 13 straight hours to make sure my family had heat last night. I highly recommend Frank, Brian and anyone at A1.

Our boiler unit finally gave up, there is nothing worse than having no heat heading into the winter months especially with the holidays approaching. After not so reassuring conversations with other repair/replace companies, my wife found these great reviews about A1 Comfort Care, Heating and Cooling, especially about Frank and how professional he is with great results. We called him and explained our situation, Frank said he would work up some options and get back to us, later that same day, as promised, he got back to us with several different proposals, judging by our conversation and his expertise and integrity, we decided to accept the work. Frank confirmed that he along with Brian, would come out on Tuesday and get the job done in one day and would have heat that same night, just like he said, the work was completed by Tuesday night. Frank and Brian are what I would say what every contractor should strive to be. confident, professional, and do exactly what they said would be done. After the work was complete, my basement looked like nobody was there except now we had a beautiful new heating system. I highly recommend this company.
