I have had a Rainsoft system for about 18 years and I needed it serviced. I called my old company only to find out they were out of business and the owner passed. Found HD Water and could not be happier. They came out quickly and fixed the issue quickly. John is awesome and explained everything to me plus came back out to replace another part free of charge. There should be more people who work in service that are as courteous and professional as John. Thank You HD Water and especially John!

I have always had a good experience with HD Waterand all of the techs that come out to maintain the system Today was no different. Ron was great, very knowledgeable and engaging.
