One star was too many! This was a horrible experience in that they basically provided a quote that was completely (100%) inaccurate and they do not even relocate your household items...they throw it out for any horrible transportation moving company that will pick it up for a cheap price. No integrity, No customer service and No ethics! Basically, they just sell you a bunch of lemons, that are already bad, rotten and can be used for nothing!!! This move cost me double what it would have if I had found a reputable company AND most of my furniture and boxes were damaged and/or broken. Literally, would have been more cost effective to have thrown away everything I own and buy new on the other end of my move. Very dissatisfied customer, SJ

I would have done 1 start if it werent for the men who did the drop off. They were awesome. The sales man who did the pick up was massively pushy. Told me I didnt need to read the agreements I was signing. Tried to get me to sign off on documents that had price categories empty(like a blank check). He kept saying, Im not scamming you. Asked me how much I was going to tip probably 30 times. Got really awkward when I wanted to tip the guys directly. Got even more awkward when he learned Im a white boy who speaks Spanish and know he was talking crap on me. People on the phone were alright. Polite but not very helpful. Overall after this experience I wont be using movers again. Probably just burn all my stuff and start over. It would be cheaper.

Moving can be a daunting task, but this company made it a breeze. The team was friendly, hardworking, and made sure everything was handled with care.

My engagement with Ryder Relocations has been nothing short of a calamity. Initially, I was under the impression that I'd be working with Daniel and that Ryder was a company accommodating of my budget constraints, especially considering it was my first cross-country move. I meticulously provided Daniel with a comprehensive list of items, complete with specific measurements for my dresser, side tables, folding table, queen bed frame, and more. The initial quote appeared reasonable at around 2.6Ka seemingly enticing deal. Inquiries about the vehicle to be used for delivery were met with reassurance from Daniela purported 20-foot box truck, putting my concerns to rest that my complex would not allow for semi-truck access. With this assurance, I concluded the call with a sense of relief, believing my needs were understood and catered to. Naturally, I expected some adjustments to the cost given the addition of a few extra boxes and plastic bins. However, the subsequent update call was a harbinger of the fiasco that ensued. As I revised the inventory, the cost predictably escalated to 3.4Ka stretch from my initial budget but reluctantly agreed to proceed. The unraveling began on the day of the move, three days before my scheduled departure to Phoenix. Ryder's assessment revealed a glaring discrepancythe sizes of ALL the large items I meticulously detailed were misrepresented in the quote. What I described as medium-sized plastic bins and 32-inch long four-drawer dressers were inexplicably categorized as smaller, resulting in an outrageous additional charge of over $1,000. When I contemplated cancellation, I was informed that the over $1.5K I had already paid was non-refundablean ultimatum leaving me no choice but to proceed, only to be further blindsided. Post-agreement, I was informed that my items would be transported via a semi-truck, with an additional $400 fee to deliver them to my actual apartment. This brought my total cost from the inital 3.4K I had moved forward with to over 4.9K Subsequent attempts to address these grievances with customer service were met with utter apathy. Despite numerous calls, their indifference persisted, with even a conversation with a supervisor yielding no semblance of acknowledgment or accountability for the deceit and misrepresentation rampant throughout our interactions. In summary, Ryder Relocations' conduct not only breached the trust I placed in them but also underscored a callous disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity in their business dealings. I would not recommend utilizing their services.
