As a first time home buyer, we had little knowledge in what the firsts steps should be. A co-worker/friend referred us to Adam after having an unpleasant experience with another entity. I was referred to Adam by a family member after shopping around and not finding any luck with a loan that I wanted. The team the team at Crown Home Mortgage in Plattsburgh was great to work with. They were always available for and questions I had and answered very quickly. I used a VA home loan and they explained everything that needed to done and assisted in getting that all done. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a home, especially veterans.
