    I bought an ebike, peddle assist, last month at a local sports store. Assembling the bike was easy, but I could not figure out how to turn it on. The manual was not specific to the bike model. I called customer service as instructed with the bike only to be told to return the bike where I bought it. Kent's customer service lacks training! Waste of time. The bike is well made for entry level. And it works well. Customer service should have been able to assist on this issue.

    Bought a kent bike. Needed a replacement handlebar clamp because of a manufacturer defect. Customer service representative said just to give the bike back. So for $10 they are giving up on a $500 sale? Asked for a manager and got ignored.

    This company has horrible customer service. They don't stand behind their products. And the products are cheaply made and junk. I contacted customer service a while ago about an issue I warranty claim for my son's bike. I went through the claim submitting process and heard nothing. Every time I call they said they were looking into it and it would get back to me. Now it's been a year after multiple phone calls and now they're telling me on the phone that it's been too long and they're not honoring it. Don't ever buy anything from this company!

    I bought a brand new Kent bicycle around April of this year.. 4 months after i got it the left foot pedal became loose with each push and had to keep tightening it often. It got to a point that the bike was not functional at all. Decided to email customer services on 8/10/2021 and after sending pictures and videos of my issue a replacement part was sent a few days after. Now 2 months after receiving The replacement Part is doing the same as the original one. It became loose and the bike isnt functioning any more this is extremely disappointing. Ive emailed the same customer service rep that assisted me with my previous issue and he requested again videos and pictures of the same problem I had 2 months ago. I did send the information requested back to him via email and until today date I havent heard back from him. Also, I did call customer service today and I was told that I need to wait for an email with my request confirmation details???? I live in FL. There isnt any mountains I do only use the bike for city riding this shouldnt happen.. if I knew that I was gonna have some many issue with this bike I would not have gotten it.. worse experience ever. Now I have to wait until Kent bicycles decides to send me an email back about my claim and probably I will get the same replacement part that will last another 2 months
