It appears Renovation Angel and it's owner, Steve Feldman, have shut their doors and left customers who paid for items and never received them without recourse.

Buyer beware! Bought what looked like a brand new Viking 30" Range all in original cartoning for a major renovation project. RA recommended this range which I bought and when time came to use it for cooking, it wasn't working properly only to call in an appliance repair company that said that it had been in a flood - 20" water line was found when the back was taken off. The bottom of the range where the ignitor is was all covered in brown dusty dirt. There was no way for me to know that because someone cleaned the inside up when it was on the showroom floor. I was sold a fire hazard according to the appliance repair company. Since the insulation and wires had gotten wet and showed signs of dirt, the unit was deemed useless and not warrantied. No refund offered only a discount on something else, can you believe? Would never buy an appliance from them because of the lack of trust.
