Will never shop here ever again. My mother went in there to purchase something and was writing a check the cashier said her check was not going through and she must have a problem with her account. She goes to guest services they give her a number to call they tell her unless you have a history of writing checks here you cant write a check. What kind of stupidity are you selling and what kind of morons do you have working there that you embarrass customers instead of saying we do not take checks.

Waited for 30 minutes in the electronics section with 3 other customers with no employee coming to help. This is just crazy how theres so many employees walking around but not one can open a case to give me the item I want.

Terrible experience, no one came to the electronic department to assist in unlocking the headphones after waiting for 20 minutes. After that I went to check out for other items the worker from self-checkout came over to assist a cashier and was being sarcastic and rude. Will not be shopping at this location anymore.

Took more than 30 mins for someone to come to the electronic section, he helps some one but by then my friends and I are fed up waiting for him to come back to unlock what we came for. Move to the front to get rung out, and this guys is taking his sweet time. Someone finally comes by to move the line over, points and me and my friends that the associate will take us at the next register, but then goes wait sorry this other guy is gonna rung up first. I said we had one thing while this other guy had like 10 things. Guys like sorry hes going first. Has the audacity to tell us we can move to a different check out, knowing theres lines everywhere. Associate name is Chris. Most useless associate at the store
