The Kingsley is a great place to live. It is modern with great amenities, beautiful apartments, and is very well maintained. The management, led by Greg, is very supportive and responds to any issues immediately. I have known The Kingsley since its inception and it has not disappointed me. If you are looking for an apartment to rent this is the place to be!!

Living at The Kingsley for over 1.5 years has truly been a wonderful experience. The community, staff and grounds make this a perfect place to live (especially having a dog). Management is very friendly and always quick to respond. Additionally, Johns dedication to quality and efficiency is unmatched. Residents can rest assured knowing that their maintenance needs are in capable hands at all times. The Kingsley is truly fortunate to have someone of John's caliber on their team.

John the property manager is Aces, I locked my keys out of the apartment accidentally and he was there instantly helping me with get back in, it was 10 pm on a Friday. Just wanna thank him for always being on call!

Great place to live, they also have the best amenities too. So far the staff has been excellent and they have been tending to my favorite overall needs. I've been living here for a year now and I can honestly say it's the best apartment community I've ever lived at in NJ. I cant believe I used to live at the Avalon they were the worst.
