Was referred here to do an at-home sleep study. Extremely easy process, and was in and out in 15 minutes. They demonstrated how to use the machine, and told me to bring it back the next day so they can retrieve the data. Easy and definitely recommend!

Very pleasant setup with great technicians for overnight sleep studies. Received my CPAP machine that was shipped to me by the medical supply company and so far it's been working great! Takes a bit getting used to but my sleep quality has dramatically improved. I received three different sizes of nose mask so that I could find the best fit. Bought a UV-C sanitizer box along with CPAP wipes on Prime Day so that I could sanitize the hose and mask weekly.

Filled out 8 page form about my medical history in December. Never got back to me . I called and they set me up with a virtual visit mid February. Picked up my machine , very little instructions. The machine didnt seem to be working properly so I googled the instruction . Two pieces were missing plus the belt was large and didnt fit properly. I used it for 2 nights and was told they got some data from the machine . Once again I had to call them . They set me up with an overnight sleep study. Worst experience of my life. The mask was to big and they didnt have a smaller one and the air was blowing out the sides an top into my eyes. They were able to get 2 hrs of sleep. Was giving No 2 different diagnosis. Central sleep apnea and OSA by the Dr. Will get a cpap machine the end of April. So this has been going on since December . 4 months. They place is very nice looking and very clean but I think there staff is incompetents to have this take 4 months. You have to keep calling them. I would not recommend going here. On a plus side the Dr. I was dealing with was very nice but his job diagnosing depends on the staff doing the testing

Very friendly, professional & knowledgeable staff. They answer any questions, make comfortable & work with us for scheduling. Doctor prescribe me a sleep test and recommended Holy Name medical center waited 28 days for the pre-approval , no luck. Was just talking to a friend & she recommended comprehensive within an hour they called me back to schedule my appointment. Choosing comprehensive & Doctor Bathini was one of the best thing. Really happy with their service. Definitely recommend Comprehensive Sleep Center.
