        The staff is amazing. I have struggled with weight-loss my whole life and this is the first place where I truly felt like I was home. I feel like I have regained my life thanks to my Coach Brittany and the great class instructors.

        Over just a few months NJAIM Fitness helped me lose 23 lbs and 4 1/2" from my waist. More importantly, I'm eating differently and exercising more than I ever believed I would want to. Brittany's "one or two changes this week" approach helped me make incremental adjustments to my life instead of trying to do too much at a time. That made the process easier, and more effective, than any diet I've ever done before. Brittany is a coach, a guide, a cheerleader, and always encouraging.
