DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this dentist office. The woman at the front desk is the most rudest, unprofessional person I've ever met in my life. I was trying to become a new patient and since my name wasnt physically on the roster she wouldn't make an appt for me. I called the insurance company and they back dated me to be on the roster Jan 1 and faxed over my eligibility to the office so I can be seen because I was having a lot of throbbing pain. I called the office back and the lady refused to schedule me an appt and kept cutting me off and told me she never received the fax from the insurance company. I called the insurance company back and the woman put me on hold to call the office to get the fax # and the receptionist wouldn't give her the fax # and called her all kind of liars. I called the office back a few times to speak to the office manager and the woman wouldn't answer the phone. I don't understand how any type of establishment could have a woman of that caliber working their front desk.
