I go there a lot and most of the people are really nice. They always have parking and the line is never more than 3 people. They also give free lollipops!

The worst service that i ever have. The personal are so rude, racist and not helpful to the costumers. I was needed 3 pages to be printed and stamped and thay didn't want to do that for me as a 10 years chase costumer. This personal are embarrassing Chase bank and disappointing the costumers.

Horrible bank! If you can call it that. I couldnt use my debit card to make a withdrawal in the branch and was directed to use the ATM outside which was supposed to be a drive thru ATM but no matter how close you pulled up you had to get out to use it. The line consisted of people and cars waiting to use it. Literally people standing in between cars to use the ATM. I thought I was gonna get robbed with all the homeless standing outside flagging down cars.
