        I love having Jackson Hewitt do my taxes. I've been coming to them for 15 plus years. Only disadvantage this year was I chose a different location then I usually go to, the service was horrible. Don't go to the Adeline Ave Jackson Hewitt for service. I my experience at that location was horrible. I have to stick with the Pennington Ave location or Olden Ave location.

        The guy Rick who did them for me was not the nicest kid on the playground the girl that scheduled my appointment didnt tell him that I was doing 2yrs, he was annoyed by that! I also wasnt told they were charging an outrageous amount to prepare my taxes. I will not be going back there for sure. I dont know maybe he was having a bad day but theres no excuse to be rude to any customer.
